THE JERSEY TENORS TO PERFORM FEB. 25 AT THE BARNHILL CENTER
An assortment of hit songs from Frank Sinatra to Frankie Valli to Queen to Figaro is coming to The Barnhill Center in Brenham.
The Jersey Tenors, produced by Off Broadway Group, will perform on Saturday, February 25th at 7 p.m. Backed by a six-piece band, the genre-bending group of four has a large collection of Broadway and operatic credits, with rock and pop hits from several eras.
The Barnhill Center producer Sharon Brass says the four entertainers “raise the roof with their powerful voices, original arrangements and brilliant choreography.” She says their “high-energy show” will leave the audience “in awe.”
Born and bred in New Jersey, The Jersey Tenors focus their show on the music of Jersey stars Frank Sinatra, Bruce Springsteen, The Four Seasons, Kool and The Gang, and Jersey girl Whitney Houston. The repertoire also includes popular songs from Journey, The Beach Boys, Josh Groban, ABBA, Elton John and Bon Jovi.
The Jersey Tenors have opened for Diana Ross, Dionne Warwick, Chubby Checker and others. They performed for President George W. Bush and were featured on the season finale of The Real Housewives of New York on Bravo. The Observer says The Jersey Tenors are “top-flight male vocalists.”
