BRENHAM PLANNING & ZONING APPROVES RESIDENTIAL REPLAT REQUEST
The Brenham Planning & Zoning Commission gave its approval Monday of a residential replat request.
The request was from Herbert and Patricia Hughes, who sought to replat their two properties at 607 and 609 South Day Street, consisting of both vacant land and a single-family home, into one property with a combined size of 0.296 acres.
In the consent agenda, the commission approved two preliminary and final residential plat requests as well as a commercial replat for the Brenham Market Square project. The replat includes additional right-of-way dedication for the future extension of Ryan Street and the creation of public utility easements along both sides of the dedication.
