The Lexington Eagles rallied with four runs in the top of the sixth inning to defeated the Burton Panther Baseball Team 6-3 last (Tuesday) night.

Burton got off to a good start, Pierson Spies singled to center in the bottom of the third inning. Chet Fritsch then brought him home with an RBI double and Burton led 1-0.

Lexington took the lead with a pair of runs in the top of the fifth inning to take a 2-1 lead.

In the bottom of the fifth inning, Vicente Veliz reached on a one-out double. Spies then followed with a a double of his own to tie the game 2-2. Two batters later, Colby Beck singled home Spies to put Burton back in front 3-2.

Lexington scored four runs in the top of the sixth inning to put the game away.
