HERB SOCIETY – PIONEER UNIT TO HOLD PLANT SALE, HERBAL FORUM IN ROUND TOP
The Herb Society of America – Pioneer Unit will host its 28th Annual Herb & Plant Sale and Herbal Forum next weekend.
The sale runs from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, March 17th and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 18th at the Round Top Festival Institute.
A variety of bedding plants, herbs, shrubs, succulents and trees will be available at the sale, which is free to enter and open to the public.
In addition to the sale, the Herbal Forum will take place on March 18th, featuring speaker presentations from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. After lunch, participants will reconvene for displays and interactions with the speakers.
The forum will focus on the Pioneer Unit’s herb of the year, parsley, and will also include a display on ginger.
Registration for the Herbal Forum, which includes lunch, is $80.
