TWO PEOPLE ARRESTED FOR OUTSTANDING WARRANTS

  

Two people were arrested Monday in separate incidents on outstanding warrants.

Brenham Police report that Monday afternoon at 2:00, Cpl. Armando Guerra conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 2800 block of Gun & Rod Road for a traffic violation. The driver, Roderick DeWayne Nolan, 34 of Bryan, was taken into custody on an active warrant out of Brazos County for Failure to Appear/Theft of Service. He was transported to the Washington County Jail.

Then Monday afternoon at 5:20, Cpl. Jose Perez responded to the 100 block of South Park Street in reference to a wanted subject. Upon arrival, Leigh Anne Cavner, 39 of Brenham, was placed in custody for an active warrant, Failure to Comply with Duties Upon Striking Fixed Object issued by Justice of the Peace Pct.1 Washington County. She was transported to the Washington County Jail.
