BRENHAM POLICE ARREST TWO FOR MARIJUANA POSSESSION
Two Houston men were arrested Monday night in Brenham.
Shortly after 8:15 p.m., Brenham Police Sergeant Jonathan Phipps stopped a vehicle on Handley Street near the intersection of Highway 290 East.
A probable cause search of the vehicle led to the driver, 33-year-old Henry Aguirre, and passenger, 20-year-old George Kearney Scott Jr., being arrested for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz.
Aguirre and Scott were transported to the Washington County Jail and booked in.
