BRENHAM MAN ARRESTED ON MULTIPLE CHARGES

  

A Brenham man was arrested early Saturday on multiple charges.

Brenham Police report that early Saturday morning at 1:10, Officers observed a male subject fall while walking in a parking lot located in the 1400 block of South Day Street. Initial investigation revealed the subject, Luther Ragston III, 34 of Brenham, to have an outstanding warrant for his arrest for Indecent Exposure. Ragston was placed under arrest for the outstanding warrant and Public Intoxication and transported to the Washington County Jail. Upon arrival at the jail, Ragston was discovered to have attempted to ingest marijuana. Ragston was additionally charged with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 ounces, Possession of a Prohibited Substance in Correction Facility and Tampering or Fabricating Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair.
