CALDWELL MAN KILLED IN MEMORIAL DAY CRASH NEAR DEANVILLE

  

A Caldwell man was killed Monday night in a one-vehicle crash southeast of Deanville.

DPS Sergeant Justin Ruiz reports the accident occurred around 7 p.m. on FM 60 near County Road 167.

According to Sgt. Ruiz, a 2004 Toyota pickup truck was driving southbound on FM 60 when it failed to negotiate a curve, overcorrected and began to roll. 

The driver, 35-year-old Timothy Jackson, was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.

No one else was in the vehicle at the time of the accident, and no other vehicles were involved.
