SELECT TOURNAMENTS IN BRENHAM THIS WEEKEND

RESULTS BASEBALL

Results Baseball is bringing a big tournament to Brenham this weekend. 

Games will feature 27 teams from 15U up to the 18U age groups.

Games will be held starting today (Friday) and running through Sunday.

Teams are going to play two of three games before college coaches, where they will be evaluated and told what they can improve on.

The guest coaches for the tournament will be current Angelina College Recruiting Coordinator and former Brenham Cub Seth Spivey, and Schreiner University Head Coach Ryan Brisbin.

Tournament games will be held at Fireman’s Park, Henderson Park, and Hohlt Park. 

FASA SOFTBALL

The Fastpitch America Softball Association (FASA) is also bringing their “Sliding Into Summer” tournament to Brenham this weekend.

They are expecting more than 16 teams to participate. 

The games will be held tomorrow (Saturday) and Sunday at Hohlt Park.    

Age groups listed on their website go from 8U to 18U.

FASA is a league that was formed in 2013. They started with 550 members, and have expanded to over 3,600 teams.
