BRENHAM LAWYER SPEAKS AT STATE BAR COURSE
Moorman Tate, LLP, Associate Attorney Bart C. Frederick recently served as a speaker at the 47th annual Texas State Bar course entitled Advanced Estate Planning and Probate.
The live course was held earlier this month in Dallas. It was Frederick’s second consecutive year to speak at the seminar.
Frederick received his juris doctor from Baylor University School of law in 2015.
He is a member of the Real Estate, Probate, and Trust Law section of the State Bar of Texas.
Frederick is also a member of the Civil Liberties & Civil Rights section, along with the Litigation section of the State Bar of Texas.
He focuses his practice on litigation pertaining to contested probate matters, estate administration, guardianships, trusts, real estate matters, business disputes, and personal injury.
