BURTON GETS FIRST WIN AT WARRIOR SHOWCASE
After playing a schedule of 5A and 6A teams, the Burton Lady Panthers Volleyball Team was finally able to pick up their first win this (Friday) afternoon at the Round Rock West Wood "Warrior Showcase" Tournament.
In their final match of the day, the Lady Panthers beat Lago Vista 2-0 (25-20 and 26-24).
Earlier in the day, Burton lost to Dickinson (25-23 and 25-11) and Waller (25-14 and 25-20).
The Warrior Showcase concludes tomorrow (Saturday) with bracket play.
