WOODMEN LIFE MAKES FLAG DONATIONS TO THE CITY OF BRENHAM

WoodmenLife Chapter 4645 made a special presentation to the City of Brenham this (Thursday) afternoon.
Woodmen Life representatives Russell and Amanda Kohring gathered with City officials in front of the fighter jet display at Henderson Park.
Representing the City were Brenham Fire Chief Roger Williams, Parks Superintendent Casey Redman, Assistant Brenham Police Chief Lloyd Powell, Aquatic and Recreation Superintendent Tammy Jaster, and Public Works Director Dane Rau.
Woodmen Life donated a total of 35 Texas flags and 35 U.S. flags to be used throughout City facilities.
Rau said that the City is so appreciative of the donation, and that they will proudly display the flags for the community.
Last week, WoodmenLife donated flags to each of the Brenham ISD campuses.
Amanda Kohring, who is the Recruiting Manager, told KWHI that WoodmenLife has always promoted American patriotism and that’s why they’ve presented more than 3.5 million flags to non-profit organizations, schools, and communities nationwide.
