EQUUSEARCH: MISSING WOMAN FROM BRENHAM MAY NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION

  

Texas EquuSearch is looking for a missing woman from Brenham who is likely in need of medical attention. 

Authorities on Friday issued a missing person notice for 32-year-old Chase Nicole Cormack, who was last seen on July 18^th and may be living amongst the homeless community. 

Cormack is 5’5”, 140 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.  She has multiple tattoos, including four stars on her chest and flowers with vines from her shoulder to her chest. 

Cormack had a short, shaved haircut at the time of her disappearance, but her hair may have grown out since then.  It is unknown what clothing she was last seen wearing.
