ONE ARRESTED ON SEXUAL ASSAULT CHARGES

  

One person was arrested Monday on Sexual Assault charges.

Brenham Police report that Monday night at 10:40, Officers responded to the 2000 block of FM 389 in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, initial investigation revealed a Sexual Assault occurred. Brenham P.D. Criminal Investigations Division were notified and responded to the scene. Information gathered on scene resulted in the arrest of Wilber Geovani Escobar, 18 of Brenham, for Sexual Assault of a Child. Escobar was transported and released to the Washington County Jail.  His bond was set at $100,000.
