BRENHAM CROSS COUNTRY COMPETES AT BEAR CAT TUNE UP

Members of the Brenham High School Cross Country Team took part in the Bear Cat Tune Up on Friday. The Meet was held at Spring Creek Park in Tomball and was hosted by Klein High School.

On the Boys Side, the Cubs finished sixth overall as a team. Individually, Hunter Fleetwood led the way by finished 6th overall with a time of 10:59.53.

Meanwhile on the Girls side, Brittany Hajek finished with a time of 15:20.00, while Bailey Grimes had a time of 17:37.44.

The team was also scheduled to compete at the Festival Hill Invitational in Round Top on Saturday, but we have not yet received those results.

Next up, the Brenham Cross Country Team will compete at the District Meet on Friday, October 13, at Magnolia West.
