WARRANT ARRESTS OF TWO PEOPLE WEDNESDAY

Two people were arrested Wednesday in separate incidences for outstanding warrants.

Brenham Police report that Wednesday afternoon at 3:00, Officers were notified of vehicle parked in the 100 block of West First Street that was not permitted to be on location.  Upon arrival, the owner of the vehicle had made location and a criminal trespass warning was going to be issued to Sean Davis, 44 of Garland, per the property owner’s request.  During the investigation Davis was shown to have an active warrant out for his arrest for Criminal Trespass in Brazoria County.  Davis was placed under arrest for the warrant and transported to the Washington County Jail.

Then Wednesday evening at 8:35, Officer Eric Crosby, conducted a traffic stop for a moving violation. Investigation revealed the Driver, Juan Maxfield, 44 of Brenham, had three warrants for his arrest. Theft of property between $2500 and $30,000, Failure to maintain financial responsibility, and expired or no registration. Maxfield was transported to the Washington County Jail for booking.
