FOUR PEOPLE ARRESTED TUESDAY

  

Four people were arrested Tuesday in separate incidences by Brenham Police.

They report that Tuesday evening at 8:10, Officer Ashley Rodriguez conducted a traffic stop at the 300 block of Highway 290 West for a vehicle violation. Marijuana was located during a probable cause search of the vehicle. The driver, Kaleice Chanel Porchia, 18 of Houston, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz. and transported to the Washington County Jail.

Then Tuesday night at 11:00, Officer Matthew Brown conducted a traffic stop at the 400 block of Highway 290 West. Marijuana and a firearm were found during a probable cause search. The driver, Myles Landen Thompson, 19 of Bellville, was placed under arrest for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz, and the passenger, Jerrell Rondell Ward, 19 of Bellville, was placed under arrest for Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon. Both were transported to the Washington County Jail.

Then Tuesday night at 11:05, Officer Eric Crosby responded to the 2400 block of Stone Hollow Drive in reference to a stolen vehicle. Investigation revealed Samantha Phoenix, 32 of Brenham, was intoxicated in a public place. Phoenix was placed into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail. The investigation into the stolen vehicle revealed Phoenix gave permission to another person to drive the vehicle, which was later returned.
