FIVE PEOPLE PLEAD GUILTY IN DISTRICT COURT

  

Five people plead guilty in District Court this week and were sentenced by Judge Reva Towslee Corbett.

Chad Michael Nugent, 39 of Brenham, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Terance James Farrell, Jr., 43 of Brenham, was sentenced to 5 years in prison for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.

Freddie Lee Franklin, Jr., 44 of Waller, was sentenced to 5 years in prison for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More Offences.  He was also sentenced to 9 months in state jail for Driving While Intoxicated with Child under 15 years of age.  He was also ordered to pay a $850 fine.

Tammy Jean Perry, 40 of Conroe, was sentenced to 599 days in state jail for Fraud Use or Possession of Identifying Info.

Brandy Leigh Martinez, 44 of Caldwell, was sentenced to 3 years’ probation for Credit or Debit Card Abuse.  She was also ordered to pay $426 in restitution and perform 100 hours of community service.
