WASHINGTON CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS 36
The Washington County Grand Jury met on Tuesday and returned 36 indictments.
Only the names of those that have been arrested can be released:
18-year-old Wilber Geovani Escobar of Brenham, indicted for Sexual Assault of a Child.
59-year-old Bobby Charles Ewing of Washington, indicted for two counts of Assault of a Peace Officer and for Injury to a Child.
26-year-old Quintavius Pilar Bell of Brenham, for Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury.
35-year-old Roderick Dewayne Nolan of Washington, for Burglary of a Habitation.
19-year-old Cado Sakai Traylor of Brenham, indicted for Aggravated Assault Causing Bodily Injury.
36-year-old Joel Jesus Martinez of Houston, for Online Solicitation of a Minor.
19-year-old Dustin Roy Boenker of Brenham, for Deadly Conduct – Discharge of a Firearm.
24-year-old Dayronn McCowan, Jr. of Brenham, for Assault of a Family Member with Previous Conviction.
52-year-old Yovani Flores of Greensboro, North Carolina, indicted for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information – Less than Five Items and for Impersonating a Public Servant.
32-year-old Juan Eduardo Avalos of Brenham and 32-year-old Kevionne Obrienae Jefferson of Bryan, both indicted for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More.
35-year-old Luther O’Neal Ragston, III of Humble, for Tampering with Physical Evidence and two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Four others were indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance. They are 34-year-old Christopher Felix Fausto of New Braunfels, 37-year-old Victoria Elizabeth Fordyce of Brenham, 28-year-old Patrick Michael Howley, Jr. of Brenham, and 40-year-old Shalay Andrea Shaw of Houston.
