The Fortnightly Club of Brenham has revealed the winners of the 2023 Christmas Decorating Contest. 

Twenty-six homes across Brenham entered into the contest this year.   

First place winners include Elegant Yard – Bill & Traci Moran, 403 Ross Street; Elegant Door - Metri Poston, 2507 Mustang Road; Elegant Overall – Franklin Hensen, 2703 Victory Lane; Religious Yard – Arlen & Heather Thielemann, 1410 Allison Street; Religious Door – Glen Vierus, 105 W. Second; Fun Yard – Ronnie Kelley, 2566 Gun & Rod Road; Fun Overall – John & Gwynne Mabie, 1802 Basin Trail.

Other homes recognized include second place winners Elegant Yard – Schawe Family, 1300 S. Austin; Elegant Door – The Dalman House, 107 E. Tom Green; Religious Door – Lee & LaBeth Koehler, 1906 S. Austin; Fun Yard – The Watson Family, 600 Walnut Hill; Fun Overall – The Henleys, 1801 Westbrooke Cove.

Two honorable mentions include Fun Yard – Floyd & Sheryl Stegent, 1802 Niebuhr Street; Fun Overall – Kenny Vo, 704 Cobble Gate Drive.
