BURTON PANTHERS DROP TWO AT SCHULENBURG TOURNAMENT
The Burton Panther Basketball Team dropped a pair of games to two 3A teams on opening day of the Schulenburg Tournament yesterday (Wednesday).
Burton lost to Columbus 72-51, and then fell to Hempstead 71-24.
The tournament continues today (Thursday). The Panthers will face another 3A team, Hallettsville, at 10:15am, and Gonzales, who is a 4A team, at 2pm.
