WARRANT ARRESTS ON THREE THURSDAY

  

Three people were arrested for outstanding warrants Thursday.

Brenham Police report that Thursday morning at 8:10, Officers were dispatched to the 2600 block of Schulte Boulevard in reference to a follow-up. Investigation revealed Joanna Cipriano, 39 of Brenham, to have an active warrant. Cipriano was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail, where she was booked in for her warrant for Assault Causing Bodily Injury.

Then Thursday morning at 8:45, Officer Garrett Downs was dispatched to a crash in a parking lot of a business located in the 4000 block Highway 36 South. Upon further investigation, it was found that Tiayanna Moore, 20 of Brenham, had two local warrants out of Brenham for Abandoning or Endangering a Child and Possession of Controlled Substance. Moore was taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Jail.

Then early Friday morning at 12:35, Officer Nicolas Conforti initiated a traffic stop in the 2700 block of South Chappell Hill Street. A probable cause search was conducted and the operator, Jada Dyraelynn Aaliah Belton, 22 of Prairie View, was placed under arrest for Possession of Marijuana, less than 2 oz. and a warrant issued out of the City of Brenham Municipal Court.
