The Brenham Maifest Association will mark the start of this year’s festivities at the 134^th Maifest Serenade.

The announcement of the Junior and Senior Maifest courts will take place on Sunday, January 14^th at 2 p.m. at the Dr. Bobbie Dietrich Memorial Amphitheatre at Hohlt Park.

The new Maifest royalty will be announced by the 133^rd Junior Maifest Queen and King, Virginia Kate Priesmeyer and Luke Robert Hyatt, and the Senior Maifest Queen and King, Lauren Ruth Hook and Ashton Kiel Behrens.

The 2024 Maifest theme and many of the activities planned for Maifest weekend will be revealed. There will also be a performance by the Brenham High School Band.

KWHI will have a live broadcast of the Maifest Serenade starting at 1:45 p.m. on AM 1280, FM 101.7 and kwhi.com.
