FOUR PEOPLE ARRESTED SUNDAY

  

Four people were arrested Sunday by Brenham Police.

They report that early Sunday at 12:30, Officers responded to an address located in the 1400 block of East Stone Street in reference to disturbance. Initial investigation revealed Malcolm Lochiel, 57 of Brenham, assaulted a family member during an argument. Malcolm was placed under arrest Assault of a Family or Household Member by Impeding Breath or Circulation and transported to the Washington County Jail.

Then Sunday afternoon at 12:20, Corporal Jose Perez conducted a traffic stop in the 900 block of Highway 290 West. A probable cause search of the vehicle revealed that several occupants were in possession of marijuana. The driver, Ashlee Marie Johnson, 20 of Hutto, and two passengers, Keaira Jonae Lewis, 22 of Taylor, and Cedric Tyrone Foster, 23 of Manor, were placed in custody for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz.
