PAIR OF JUVENILES ARRESTED TUESDAY IN CONNECTION TO BRENHAM BURGLARIES
Two juveniles have been arrested in connection with several burglaries in Brenham.
Brenham police say around 7:50 a.m. Tuesday, officers responded to the 1100 block of South Market Street in reference to a burglary. When they arrived, they discovered the front glass doors were shattered. After investigation, the burglary was determined to have been committed by two juveniles, ages 14 and 15, who were later located and arrested.
At 9 a.m., officers went to a business in the 1700 block of Highway 290 West in reference to a possible burglary. Investigation revealed several window screens and a window on the portable office building were removed, though no entry was made into the building. Evidence at the scene linked the same two juveniles, who were charged with Criminal Mischief between $750 and $2,500.
Police say the two suspects are linked to previous burglaries that were reported to have occurred early Tuesday morning at businesses in the 100 block of Highway 290 West and the 200 block of South Blue Bell Road.
Investigation is pending to determine if any property is missing, but no property was recovered on the juveniles when they were arrested.
Punish them! They caused alot of damage. They have no consideration for personal property. Face the consequences now.
