HOUSTON MAN ARRESTED MONDAY

  

A Houston man was arrested Monday on multiple counts.

Brenham Police report that Monday morning at 7:00, Officers were dispatched to Highway 290 East in reference to a disturbance. The caller stated they were being pursued by another vehicle and the driver was said to be armed. Officers located the vehicle in question, which evaded from Officers and came to a stop at FM 389 and Farmers Road. The driver, Gary Lawrence Milburn, 46 of Houston, was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 Oz, Resisting Arrest, Search or Transport, Evading, Arrest, Search or Transport with a Vehicle, Stalking, and Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon. Milburn was transported to the Washington County Jail where he was booked in.
