38-year-old Stephanie Monique Bee of Brenham, for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
38-year-old Michael Cornelius Brown of Brenham, for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information Less than 5 Items.
23-year-old Marquail Lee Burton of Brenham, for Credit/Debit Card Abuse.
37-year-old Travail Tramaine Cloud of Brenham, for Assault of a Public Servant and Assault of a Peace Officer.
31-year-old Henry Noel Cruz of Brenham, for Evading Arrest/Detention with a Vehicle and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
41-year-old Preston Allen Keller of Spring, for Theft of Property Less than $2,500 with 2 or More Previous Convictions – 9 cases.
24-year-old Jacob Travis Lam of Odessa, for Fraudulent Possession or Use of Credit/Debit Cards Less than 5.
41-year-old Jason Lemoine of Odessa, for Fraudulent Possession or Use of Credit/Debit Cards Between 5-10.
20-year-old Aaliyah Ladia Pennygraph of Houston, for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information Less than 5 Items.
32-year-old Trenton Terrell Price of Spring, for Tampering with Physical Evidence.
20-year-old Za’Marian Daquan Taylor-Green (city of residence not provided), for Deadly Conduct.
24-year-old Bailey Lynn Tompkins of Channelview, for Harassment by Person in a Correctional Facility and Assault of a Public Servant.
25-year-old Darion DaShaun Washington of Brenham, for Burglary of a Habitation.
17-year-old Jacobie Williams of Brenham, for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Deadly Conduct – Discharge of a Firearm.
18-year-old Ranija Carreion Williams of Caldwell, for Credit/Debit Card Abuse and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance were 27-year-old David Anthony Flores of Cleveland, 36-year-old Andrea Shamon Harris of Chappell Hill, 25-year-old Luis Enrique Gomez Jaimes of Houston, 26-year-old Blake William Lattimer of Brenham, 37-year-old Rickey Murray of Midway, 27-year-old Hykeem Alijawun JaThomas Smith of Houston, and 45-year-old Lesley Ann Svrcek of Weimar.
The following people were previously indicted by the Washington County Grand Jury and have since been arrested, so their names can now be released:
57-year-old Oscar Gerald Sparkman of Burton, indicted on August 29, 2023 for Stalking.
31-year-old Diondrick DeShawn Thomas of Brenham, indicted on January 18 for Assault of a Family Member with Previous Conviction and Continuous Violence Against the Family.
The following person was No Billed by the Washington County Grand Jury:
38-year-old Lillibeth Canales of Brenham, arrested on September 21, 2023 for Driving While Intoxicated with a Child Passenger.
