THREE PEOPLE ARRESTED SUNDAY

  

Three people were arrested by Brenham Police Sunday.

They report that early Sunday morning at 2:50, Officers responded to the 400 block of Highway 290 West in reference to an intoxicated person. Upon arrival, Allen Mira, 32 of Brenham, was located passed out in his vehicle with it still in reverse. Investigation revealed Mira to be intoxicated and he was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to the Washington County Jail where he was booked in.

Then Sunday afternoon at 3:30, Officers responded to the 2300 block of South Market Street in reference to an intoxicated person. Upon further investigation, the suspect, Wendy Richelle Rogers, 39 of Brenham, was placed into custody for her active warrant. Rogers was transported to the Washington County Jail where she was booked in for her active warrant.

Then Sunday night at 10:40, Officers responded to Walmart in reference to a theft. Upon arrival, investigation revealed Alason Braun, 35 of Brenham, had committed theft. Braun was taken into custody for Theft of between $100 and $750 and transported to the Washington County Jail where she was booked in.
