DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME RETURNS SUNDAY

Daylight Saving Time is back starting this weekend.

The time change becomes effective at 2 a.m. tomorrow (Sunday), meaning everyone “springs forward” an hour.

The time change will result in many people losing an hour of sleep, but it also means the sun will rise later in the morning and set later in the evening.

Most electronic devices will adjust to the new time on their own, but people should double-check all of their clocks.

Daylight Saving Time is observed in the Northern hemisphere from the second Sunday in March to the first Sunday in November.
