FOUR PEOPLE ARRESTED SUNDAY

Four people were arrested Sunday by the Brenham Police Department.

They report that Sunday morning at 6:35, Officer Lauren Vieceli conducted a traffic stop at the 1500 block of FM 389. A THC vape pen was located inside of the vehicle during a probable cause search. The driver, Oakland Drake Kemp-Bouldin, 26 of Brenham, was placed under arrest for Possession Controlled Substance and transported to the Washington County Jail.

Then Sunday afternoon at 2:35, Sergeant Jimmy Ha initiated a traffic stop near the 1600 block of North Park Street. Investigation determined the driver, Carlos Lopez Pineda, 39 of Brenham, was intoxicated.  Pineda was taken into custody for Driving While Intoxicated and transported to Washington County Jail.

Then Sunday evening at 7:50, Officer Matthew Brown initiated a traffic stop in the 1400 Block of Highway 36 North. A probable cause search led to the driver, Eduardo Ayala-Barralaga, 27 of Houston, being arrested for Possession Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz. Ayala-Barralaga was also found to have an active warrant for his arrest for Driving While Intoxicated. He was transported and booked into the Washington County Jail.

Then Sunday night at 11:45, Officer Nicolas Conforti initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of South Chappell Hill Street and Creamery Street.  A probable cause search was conducted and the driver, Tyhamilton Rajuan Hurd, 21 of Brenham, was placed under arrest for Possession Controlled Substance and transported to the Washington County Jail for booking.
