RENOVATIONS AT BLINN – BRENHAM CAMPUS ACADEMIC BUILDING LEADING TO SOME SERVICES MOVING
Some academic services on Blinn College’s Brenham Campus are relocating due to construction this summer at the Academic Building.
The College said in a notice posted to its website on Friday that the renovations will upgrade the building’s interior corridors with new ceiling grids, tiles, lighting, paint, interior signage and a refreshed front entry canopy.
As a result of the project, the learning center and testing services have been moved to the library, room 106, while the writing center will operate entirely online. The changes are effective starting today (Monday) through August 2nd.
The recording studio will be relocated permanently to the arts and science building, room 210.
Faculty offices in the academic building will remain accessible throughout the summer despite the construction. Faculty members will receive updates on how construction is progressing to ensure minimal disruption to their work.
