WASHINGTON CO. VETERANS TO HOLD MEMORIAL DAY PROGRAM MONDAY

  

The Washington County Veterans Association is preparing to host its annual Memorial Day program.

Monday’s ceremonies will begin at 11 a.m. at the Brenham American Legion Hall. 

The featured speaker will be retired U.S. Army Sergeant Major Monica Stephenson.

Following the program, a barbecue chicken and sausage meal will be served dine-in and via drive-thru.  There will also be a cakewalk.

Meal tickets are $15.  A limited number will be available at the door.  The program is free and open to the public.
