Sixteen people were indicted last week by the Austin County Grand Jury.

65-year-old Fransisco Chavez-Aguirre, indicted for Solicitation of Prostitution/Other Payor with a Person Under 18 Years of Age.

51-year-old Jill Dollar McGinty, for two counts of Intoxication Assault with a Vehicle Causing Serious Bodily Injury.

30-year-old Demetrius Dwayne Peacock, for Injury to a Child/Elderly/Disabled Individual with Intent to Cause Bodily Injury. 

40-year-old Lee Michael Vincent, for Theft of Property $2,500 – $30,000 and Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle.

21-year-old Brendan Tyler Arnett and 24-year-old Isaiah Dashun Livingston, both for Theft of Property $2,500 – $30,000. 

44-year-old August Ryan Roberts IV, for Attempt to Commit Burglary of a Habitation.

55-year-old Reginal Dwayne Clark, for two counts of Theft of Property Less than $2,500 with Two or More Previous Convictions (one count enhanced), and for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle.

32-year-old Robert Aguilar, for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle.

42-year-old Arturo Castro Arriaga, for Felony Bail Jumping and Failure to Appear. 

30-year-old Sterling Thompson III, for two counts of Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

38-year-old Shawna Leah Biscaro and 40-year-old James Allen Pauley, for Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance.

69-year-old Stacey Allen Cook, 39-year-old Gordon Scott Gunnels and 35-year-old Brandie K. Lewis, all for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
