TWO PEOPLE ARRESTED AFTER TRAFFIC STOP

Two people were arrested Monday after a traffic stop.
Brenham Police report that Monday evening at 7:35, Officer James Catchings conducted a traffic stop at the 2100 block of Highway 290 West. Marijuana was found inside the vehicle during a probable cause search. The driver, Jomiya Charles Compton, 42 of Cypress, was placed under arrest for Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz. A passenger in the vehicle, Donielle Jane Brymer, 36 of Houston, was placed under arrest for an outstanding warrant out of Harris County for Unauthorized Use of Vehicle. Both were transported to the Washington County Jail.
