CITY OF BRENHAM: 60-70 STREETS LEFT FOR VEGETATION PICKUP AS OF TUESDAY
The City of Brenham says it has a few dozen streets remaining on its list for free vegetation debris pickup.
The city posted on social media on Tuesday that workers have made “extensive progress” so far this week and have roughly 60 to 70 streets left to tend to on the southeast side of town.
The city intends for cleanup to be done by tomorrow (Thursday), though it may extend into Friday morning.
If a resident has not had their brush or yard waste picked up by Monday, June 10th, they are asked to call the city at 979-337-7428.
Anyone who would prefer not to wait can take their debris to the Collection Station at 2009 Old Chappell Hill Road for the normal rates.
The city thanks the public for its patience during the project.
