BRENHAM MAN CHARGED WITH INDECENCY WITH A CHILD

  

A Brenham man was arrested Friday, charged with 2 counts of Indecency with a Child.

Brenham Police report that Friday afternoon at 3:20, Corporal T. Bruno responded to the 1900 block of FM 389 for a reported criminal trespass. Jordan Anthony Spahn, 52 of Brenham, was placed under arrest for five active traffic warrants: Display of Registration, Expired Operator's License, Failure to Maintain Financial Responsibility, Expired Operator's License, Display of Expired Registration, and two felony counts of Indecency with a Child – Sexual Contact. Spahn was transported to the Washington County Jail where he was booked in.
