BELLVILLE GRAD RECEIVES PRESTIGIOUS AWARD

  

A Bellville High School graduate was recently honored with a prestigious award.

Dr. Brenda Schumann received the Thomas A. Bilger Award from the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers.

The award is presented to a member of the organization in recognition of their consistent vision, service, and leadership with seven or more years of experience.

Dr. Schumann is a 1997 graduate of Bellville High School.  She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Texas Tech, a Master of Education degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Doctorate of Philosophy from Texas A&M.

Schumann serves as the Assistant Vice Provost for Enrollment Services and University Registrar and is also an adjunct professor at the University of Texas at Austin.
