WASHINGTON COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO MEET TUESDAY
The Washington County Commissioners Court is scheduled to meet in special session this Tuesday morning.
Among the items is to correct the date on seeking Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) for delinquent tax collections for Washington County property taxes.
The RFQs would be due to the County Clerk by 10am on Friday, July 12, and negotiations would then begin after the Tuesday, July 16, Commissioners Court Meeting between the County and the new provider.
Other action items on the agenda include, a new buoy plan at Lake Somerville by U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, the approval of health insurance contribution amounts for renewal, and the appoint of the Tax Assessor-Collector Chief Appraiser to calculate no new revenue tax and the voter approval tax rate.
Several of the county departments are also scheduled to present their monthly reports as well.
The Washington County Commissioners Court meets Tuesday at 9am at the Washington County Courthouse.
