BLUE BELL AQUATIC CENTER TO CELEBRATE NATIONAL AQUATIC WEEK

  

The Blue Bell Aquatic Center is inviting the public to their celebration of “National Aquatic Week.”

Each day from Monday thru Friday, there were will be a variety of activities for kids and their families to participate in.

It all starts on Monday, July 1, with Duckie Day, which will feature duck races and other duck themed events.

Then, on Tuesday, July 2, it is Safety Day. Guests include First responders such as police, fire department, and EMS. Each group will speak to the youngsters, and provide safety demonstrations.

Wednesday, July 3, will be Carnival Day.

The following day on the Fourth of July, while it is a City Holiday, the pool will be open from 1-5pm.

National Aquatic Week wraps up on Friday, July 5, with a Luau Day.

The Blue Bell Aquatic Center also announced the re-scheduled of their showing of “Shark Tale”, but with a different twist. 

“Shark Tale” was supposed to be part of their “Floats ‘n’ Flicks series, but was previously rained out.

The rescheduled showing is going to be Monday, July 8.  The Aquatic Center is joining forces with Gather and Grace.

They are going to be serving a meal that evening at Fireman’s Park beginning at 5:30pm, and the movie will be shown around 7pm.
