TEXAS EAST LITTLE LEAGUE STATE TOURNAMENTS

The Intermediate Baseball State Tournament wrapped up last (Thursday) night with La Grange defeating Katy American 4-0 for the Championship in Rosenburg.

La Grange now moves on to the Southwest Regional, which is scheduled to be held at First Colony in Sugarland on July 20.

SENIOR BASEBALL IN SHINER

West University beat Victoria Northeast 3-2, but in the Winner-Take-All Game, Victoria Northeast beat West University 9-4 to take the State Championship.
