THREE ARRESTED AFTER TRAFFIC STOP

  

Three people were arrested Thursday after a traffic stop.

Brenham Police report that Thursday morning at 8:55, Officer Stephen Mosley conducted a traffic stop at the 600 block of South Market Street. Investigation revealed that the driver, Jonathan Johnson, 29 of Brenham, was driving without a driver’s license, failed to maintain financial responsibility on his vehicle, and had an expired registration on his vehicle. Further investigation revealed two passengers, Patrick Bennett, 31 of Brenham, and Randy Johnson, 32 of Brenham, were both in possession of narcotics and had active warrants. Jonathan was taken into custody for his traffic violations, and Patrick and Randy were taken into custody for their warrants and Possession Marijuana between 4 oz. and 5 lbs.
