HUNTING AND FISHING LICENSES NOW AVAILABLE
Hunters and anglers in the state of Texas can now purchase their licenses for the 2024-2025 season.
According to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, the licenses went on sale Thursday. The current licenses will be expiring at the end of this month.
To buy a hunting, fishing, or combo license and tag, you can visit the TPWD website, call 1-800-895-4248, or visit any retailer that sells licenses.
People who want a printed license can purchase one on-line and have it mailed to them.
Hunters and anglers can purchase additional types of digital tags for lifetime hunting, lifetime fishing, or exempt anglers.
Digital youth hunting licenses are also be available for purchase.
Digital licenses can be accessed through the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Outdoor Annual or My Texas Hunt Harvest mobile apps.
Since there is no printed license or printed tags, license holders must keep digital forms available at all time when hunting or fishing.
