UPDATE: MISSING GRIMES CO. WOMAN FOUND SAFE
Update @5:45 a.m. Saturday: The Amber Alert Network Brazos Valley reports that Lillie Mata Barfield was safely located in Ellis County.
Original Story @ 2:15 p.m. Friday: The Grimes County Sheriff’s Office is searching for an “endangered missing” woman.
The Amber Alert Network Brazos Valley says 76-year-old Lillie Mata Barfield was last seen at around 10 a.m. Thursday in the 7900 block of County Road 166, south of Iola.
Barfield is believed to be in a silver-colored 2020 Nissan Rogue with Texas license plate 918DV53, and could be in the Houston/Harris County area.
Barfield is believed to be in danger of death or serious bodily injury.
Anyone who knows where Barfield may be located is asked to contact the Grimes County Sheriff’s Office at 936-873-2151.
