An Emergency Room Patient was arrested Friday, charged with Harassment.
Brenham Police report that Friday afternoon at 5:00, Sergeant Jimmy Ha responded to a complainant call that escalated into a disturbance located at 700 Medical Parkway. After investigating, an emergency room patient Christopher Pawlak, 47 of Brenham, was taken into custody for Harassment by a Person in Certain Facilities.

When is it Harassment when you’re not being helped in a hospital. I was there when this man walked out of the hospital. If you want to leave you can. And what happened to freedom of speech. He did not harass anyone. And it’s a felony?
