SEIDEL INDUCTED INTO AGGIE CORPS OF CADETS HALL OF HONOR

  
Seidel's induction (Corps of Cadets)

A longtime Brenham businessman was recently honored at the 9th annual Texas Aggie Corps of Cadets Hall of Honor Gala and Induction Ceremony at the College Station Hilton Hotel.

Wade Seidel, who was a member of the Class of 1973, was honored during the ceremony, where he received a Hall of Honor medallion and a walnut presentation box that contains a mounted medallion and engraved certificate.

In addition, a plaque that contains his photograph and biography is displayed in the Sam Houston Sanders Corps of Cadets Center in the Hall of Honor room.

Seidel earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texas A&M University and graduated summa cum laude and as a distinguished military graduate.

He was also a member of company B-2, on Corps staff, served as Deputy Corps Commander, and was a Ross Volunteer.

In addition to that, Seidel was elected as a student senator and served on the Memorial Student Center council.

Upon graduation, he was commissioned in the United States Army where he was a US Army Airborne School graduate.

He then co-founded the accounting firm of Seidel Schroeder and served as managing partner for 38 years.

Seidel is a 25-year member of the Corps of Cadets Association where he serves as a board member. He is married to his wife Susie, and they have two Aggie children and seven granddaughters.
