12 PEOPLE PLEAD GUILTY IN DISTRICT COURT
12 people plead guilty and were sentenced by Judge Reva Towslee Corbett in District Court this week.
Patrick Dion Hurd, 42 of Brenham, was sentenced to 30 years in prison for Deadly Conduct, Discharge of a Firearm and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
Manuel Valencia Lopez, 40 of Brenham, was sentenced to 17 years in prison for Aggravated Robbery.
Michael Craig Rhone, Jr., 34 of Houston, was sentenced to 12 in prison for Evading Arrest with a Vehicle and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Desnick Jaquan Chatman, 26 of Navasota, was sentenced to 8 years in prison for 3 cases of Burglary of Habitation. He was also sentenced to 466 days in State Jail for Burglary of a Building and Theft of a Firearm.
Markus Dupree Davis, 40 of Austin, was sentenced to 3 years in prison for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
Kevin Ashley Pierce Gaines, 45 of College Station, was sentenced to 180 days in State Jail for 2 cases of Attempted Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility.
Travail Tramaine Cloud, 38 of Brenham, was sentenced to 5 years’ probation for Assault of a Public Servant and Assault of a Peace Officer or Judge. He was also ordered to perform 250 hours of community service.
Kendra Leshaun Thomas, 22 of Houston, was sentenced to 6 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours community service restitution.
Emmitt Charles Lewis, Jr., 67 of Brenham, was sentenced to 3 years deferred adjudication probation for Abuse of a Corpse without Legal Authority.
Parker Wayne McDonald, 23 of Bellville, was sentenced to 3 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.
Humberto Alonso Tambunga, 36 of Austin, was sentenced to 2 years deferred adjudication probation for Tampering with Physical Evidence. He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.
Matthew Neil Paradoski, 39 of Cypress, was sentenced to 18 months deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was also ordered to pay a $250 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.
