11 PLEAD GUILTY IN DISTRICT COURT

  

11 People plead guilty and were sentenced by Judge Reva Towslee Corbett in District Court this week.

Jason Dewayne Randle, 44 of Brenham, was sentenced to 12 years in prison for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Aaron Albert Moreno, 20 of Brenham, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for Possession of Marijuana between 5 lbs. and 50 lbs., and Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance.  He was also convicted of Money Laundering between $2500 and $30,000 and given time served in the Washington County Jail.

Noe Ochoa, II, 24 of San Antonio, was sentenced to 243 days in state jail for Burglary of a Building.  He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine.

Demetrick Ramon Erwin, 53 of Houston was sentenced to 8 months in state jail for Theft Property less than $2500, with 2 or more Previous Convictions.

 Angel E. Vega Alvarez, 54 of Brenham, was sentenced to 180 days in the Washington Co. Jail for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Richard Earl Knight, Jr., 38 of Chappell Hill, was sentenced to 10 years’ probation for Burglary of Habitation.  He was also sentenced to 5 years’ probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  He was also ordered to pay a $1000 fine, pay $675 in restitution, and perform 250 hours of community service.

Lonnie Ray Brown, Jr., 23 of Brenham, was sentenced to 8 years deferred adjudication probation for Aggravated Robbery.  He was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.

Rogelio Soto, 28 of Brenham, was sentenced to 6 years deferred adjudication probation for Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury.  He was also ordered to pay $1500 restitution, and perform 200 hours of community service.

Yandy Barri Denis, 40 of Austin, was sentenced to 4 years deferred adjudication probation for Tampering with Physical Evidence.  She was also sentenced to 3 years deferred adjudication probation for Fraudulent Possession or Use of a Credit or Debit Card and Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.

Valarie Elizabeth Green, 44 of Houston, was sentenced to 4 years deferred adjudication probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance.  She was also ordered to pay a $500 fine and perform 100 hours of community service.

Osmin E. Villatoro, 48 of Brenham, was sentenced to 2 years’ probation for Driving While Intoxicated, 2 or More Offences.  He was also ordered to pay a $2000 fine, perform 100 hours of community service, and have an interlock device installed on his vehicle.
