BRENHAM AMERICAN LEGION & AUXILIARY HOSTING OKTOBERFEST SUNDAY
The Brenham American Legion and American Legion Auxiliary will host their 4th Annual Oktoberfest on Sunday.
Activities at the American Legion Hall, located at 903 North Park Street, will take place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
A ticketed barbecue pork steak meal will be served dine-in or drive-thru from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The biergarten will have beer, sausage, kraut, pretzels and dessert throughout the day.
Entertainment will be provided by Robert Herridge and Ella B, Robert Zientek, Alli & The Polka Dots and the Dujka Brothers.
There will also be a cornhole tournament at 1:30 p.m. and a masskrugstemmen, or stein holding contest, at 2 p.m.
Admission is $10, but children under 12 can get in for free.
