BRENHAM ISD LAUNCHING ‘WELLNESS WEDNESDAY’ FOR STAFF

Brenham ISD has announced a new initiative aimed at enhancing the well-being of its staff.

The “Wellness Wednesday” program is designed to offer a range of wellness opportunities for educators through collaborations with local businesses and community members, supporting staff and strengthening the bonds between the school district and the broader Brenham community.

Local businesses are invited to partner in this new endeavor by providing discounts on wellness services, free classes or small kickbacks that support Brenham ISD schools.

Superintendent Clay Gillentine said the district is committed to working closely with the community to create meaningful opportunities for staff, and Wellness Wednesday is a direct part of that.  He said, “It’s not just about improving physical health, but about fostering a supportive environment where our staff can thrive.  By working together, we can make a real difference in the lives of those who dedicate themselves to our students every day.”

Participating partners will be recognized as a “Wellness Partner” on Brenham ISD’s communication channels.

Businesses and community members who are interested are encouraged to fill out a short form available on Brenham ISD’s social media or in the link here
