HALLOWEEN EVENTS BEGIN THIS WEEKEND IN, AROUND WASHINGTON CO.

  

This weekend marks the start of Halloween festivities around the region.

Here are some of the events happening in Washington County and surrounding counties:

FRIDAY

• Lee County Telecommunications will host a Trunk or Treat from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Lee County Sheriff’s Office in Giddings.
• Circle P Antiques in Navasota will have Ghost Tours on Friday and Saturday at 6 p.m.

SATURDAY

• The shops of downtown Bellville will be open for Trick or Treating from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Christ Lutheran Day School will host its Fall Festival from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• Vineyard Church of Brenham’s Fall Festival runs from 1 to 7 p.m.
• Main Street Brenham’s “Mask-erade on Main” will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. at downtown Brenham businesses.
• Christy Schlottmann Farmers Insurance Agency’s 6^th Annual Trick or Treat Drive-thru will take place from 2 to 5 p.m.
• The Trick or Treat Trail in downtown Burton will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
• Downtown Caldwell’s Scare on the Square will be held from 5 to 8 p.m.
• Christian City Fellowship in Sealy will put on its Raise the Light Family Fall Festival from 5 to 8 p.m.
• The West End Elementary PTO’s 50^th Annual Harvest Festival will take place at 5 p.m. at Industry Firemen’s Hall.
• Soul Café Church in Ledbetter will host its Fall Festival and Trunk or Treat from 4 to 7 p.m.
• HSF’s Annual Halloween Party in the Biergarten will be held from 8 to 11:45 p.m.
• Harmonie Hall in Shelby will host a Halloween Dance from 8 p.m. to midnight.

SUNDAY

• Trick or Treat on Main will run from 1 to 3 p.m. in downtown Chappell Hill.
• Pride Brenham will host a Halloween Picnic in the Park at Jackson Street Park from 4 to 8 p.m.
• St. Margaret Catholic Church in Giddings will have its Fall Festival at The Silos on 77 starting at 10 a.m.

THURSDAY

• The Brenham Boo Bash, co-hosted by the Boys and Girls Club of Washington County and the City of Brenham, will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Blue Bell Aquatic Center parking lot.
• The Historic Casino Hall in La Grange will put on Trick or Treat on the Square from 4 to 6 p.m.
• Concordia Hall in Bellville will have a Trick or Treat Party for the kids from 5 to 7 p.m. 
• The Bellville Perk will host Fall-o-ween from 5 to 8 p.m.
• Treats on the Streets in downtown Navasota will begin at 6 p.m.
• Immanuel Lutheran Church in Giddings will have a Trunk or Treat from 6 to 8 p.m.
• Brenham Bible Church will hold its Light the Night event from 6 to 8 p.m.

Don’t forget that KWHI will be holding its own on-the-radio Halloween Party on Thursday, beginning at 7 p.m.  Spooky guest DJs will call families to give away all kinds of prizes.
